Hello friends! Happy Friday! What are your plans for this weekend? I am looking forward to a yoga class, a family dinner, and a *nothing*-weekend, after traveling to Phoenix, Vegas, San Diego, and back to Phoenix for four weeks last weekend. Even though we had a lot of fun, it will be nice to have a relaxing weekend at home. The adventure of last week: taking Liv to see Olivia Rodrigo! This was one of her Christmas gifts and she was looking forward to it. (I was sorry we couldn’t all go, but it was a battle for my life to get those two tickets when pre-sale started!) P had adventures at the bowling alley and arcade with friends as a father-daughter duo. Olivia Rodrigo was incredible. I really like her voice – Liv is a HUGE fan – and I was blown away by the talent, production quality, and dancers. I even liked it better than Taylor Swift (don’t throw anything at me!). We were there with friends, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The rest of the week was filled with household chores – I can’t wait to show you the end result – and the usual madness of school, dance, work, housework, and life. Health + Fitness: I installed a new CGM and it was fun to check things out and get new data. It was interesting to see how it reacted to the huge increase in beans in my life – I eat beans every day for lunch or dinner following the CBO protocol! – and it has remained stable. I tried to wear it the other day and then it started pouring. Luckily, spring is around the corner. Reader favorites from February. It’s always fun to go back through the reviews and see which products you liked the most this month that I shared on the blog. Here are the top picks for February: This nap dress is a duplicate. I have it in light brown and want another color. The best retainer cleaner. If you wear Invisalign or a retainer, you need this. It’s much cheaper than some versions and works extremely well. It’s also small enough for travel. This shoe spray. This is my holy grail for sneakers (especially for kids). I also used it on Liv’s white printed backpack before school started, and it still looks brand new. This little rebounder. It’s so fun to support the lymphatic system, and I love jumping for 5-10 minutes every day. This square neck one-piece. The perfect swimsuit for moms. These slides are surprisingly neutral and delightful for spring/summer. This cozy robe. My favorite loungewear for life and travel. These heart earrings. This one-piece in so many beautiful colors.
